New York, NY  According to Millbrook Realty Capital, LLC, Uanderson Benedetti has joined the firm as managing director. In this role, Benedetti is responsible for growing the firm’s lending platform, which focuses on originating, underwriting and structuring loans.

“Uanderson is a proven talent with a track record of fueling the growth of commercial real estate lending platforms,” said Millbrook Realty Capital’s managing principals Charles and Marc Yassky. “His direct relevant experience, skills and relationships are already having a positive impact on the firm as we ramp up our lending activities. We look forward to working closely together to deliver creative financing solutions to our expanding client roster.”

Benedetti is focused on originating short-term bridge loans on multifamily properties, mixed-use buildings, condominiums and hotels across the country.
