Bellew and Newman join DJK Residential

Manhattan, NY DJK Residential, one of the leading full-service real estate brokerage and relocation firms with offices in Manhattan, New Jersey and Connecticut, revealed the addition of two new licensed real estate professionals - Harry Bellew and Rory Newman – who collectively bring 30 years of real estate experience to the firm. Both agents will be based in DJK Residential’s Manhattan headquarters on Fifth Ave. “Harry’s work experience spans three continents, while Rory has an exceptional background in the rental market. Their skill sets and work experience made them natural hires,” said Phyllis Pezenik, vice president and principal broker of DJK Residential. “We’re excited to add to our roster of high-caliber professionals who are exceptionally skilled at selling and leasing homes.” Multilingual in Spanish, English and French, Bellew is a sales and communications leader with extensive expertise in relocation. Prior to DJK Residential, he was the vice president of sales at RouteTrader Ltd., in New York, where he spearheaded all the operations and business interests for the United States and Latin America. Bellew’s experience in real estate expands over 20 years, having sold homes both in the United Kingdom and United States. Specializing in the rental market, Newman, a native New Yorker, brings 15 years of real estate experience to DJK Residential, having most recently worked as a property manager and sales agent at McDermott Realty, where he formulated marketing strategies to improve the companies’ sales structure. “DJK Residential is continuing to build a strong presence in the marketplace,” said Listings Manager and Associate Broker Zachary Elias. “Harry and Rory add to our high standard of value, service and integrity.
