Bell Group secures three year 2,229 s/f renewal for HDR, Inc.

HDR, Inc., an architecture, engineering and consulting firm will remain in 2,229 s/f for an additional 3 years at 16 Corporate Wood Blvd. Bob DeSarbo of the Bell Group along with Courtney Goodall of Jones Lang LaSalle represented HDR with the initial lease as well as the recent real estate transaction. William Picotte at Picotte Companies is the landlord. The Bell Group was founded in 1986 to respond to the need in the marketplace for a real estate consulting firm specializing in tenant representation services in the upstate N.Y. area.
