Bell Group completes first retail location for Voss Signs

Sarah Tucci and Mark Bethmann of the Bell Group represented Voss Signs, a producer of custom and stock signs, in the real estate transaction. The Bell Group is a commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation. Voss Signs will be opening their first retail storefront location at 310 Oswego St. Their principal manufacturing facility is in Manlius on 112 Fairgrounds Dr. The Bell Group worked to find adequate space to meet Voss Sign's growing needs. They did this by providing a complete market analysis and then toured the market to find the best possible option. The Bell Group worked directly with the landlords of 310 Oswego St., Val Lamont and Tom Juliano. The Bell Group was founded in 1986 to respond to the need in the marketplace for a real estate consulting firm specializing in tenant representation services in the upstate N.Y. area.
