Barberry Rose sells off three building portfolio in Crown Heights for $5 million

1193,1199 and 1205 Eastern Parkway - Brooklyn, NY

Brooklyn, NY Barberry Rose has sold three contiguous four-story buildings on Eastern Pkwy. in Crown Heights with 49 units for $5 million to Gilman Management.

The buildings include 1193,1199 and 1205 Eastern Pkwy. and the corner of Rochester Ave. The 53,908 s/f buildings that were built in 1912, sold for a cap rate of 9%, $92.75 per s/f, and $102, 040 price per unit with a GRM of 5.95.

Rosewood Realty Group’s Ben Khakshoor, Alex Fuchs and Aaron Jungreis represented both Barberry Rose and Gilman Management.
