Bakhchi and Aghravi of Hybrid Capital arrange $9.8 million permanent financing

According to Hybrid Capital, the firm has closed on $9.8 million in permanent financing for 114 West 86th St. on the Upper West Side. The property is a 16-story building containing 49 apartment units. The financing was closed by Hybrid Capital partners Bob Bakhchi and Jonathan Aghravi in only 15 days.
