Austin Corporate Properties completed the sale of 180 South Broadway, a 26,000 s/f, four-story office building with 60 car on-site parking.
Austin represented the seller, Presidential Realty. Presidential is the building's prime tenant and had owned the building for 60 years. The building was built by the late Ed Lashins Sr., father of Ed Lashins Jr., owner/developer of the Armonk Business Park. The purchaser, CSTAR Realty Inc., was represented by Rand Realty. The sale price was not disclosed.
