Au of Brick Realty Capital places $2.85 million loan
Brick Realty Capital LLC, through an affiliate entity, has funded a $2.85 million second mortgage to a local real estate investor. The collateral, located in TriBeCa, is comprised of a five-story mixed-use building comprised of retail, residential and office tenants. The interest-only loan is for a two-year term. Jason Au, director of finance of Brick Capital, arranged the financing.
