Aronin and Endelson of AD&E secure 4,500 s/f lease for Teacher's Choice
Scarsdale, NY ARIES DEITCH & ENDELSON, Inc. (AD&E) has leased one of the most prominent retail locations at Scarsdale Park Mall, 450 Central Avenue.
The front 4,500 s/f that was originally occupied by Pottery Barn and later a variety of other upscale tenants has been leased to Teacher’s Choice. Julian Aronin, director and Barry Endelson, president of AD&E negotiated the long-term lease. The center shall soon be 100% leased including the recent opening of Salon Centric, a national beauty supply.
Teacher’s Choice is a locally owned Asian-American company that is a cultural, academic, and arts center for children whose families stress the highest level of academic achievement and advance to prestigious schools. Teacher’s Choice is an educational bookstore and learning center. They offer a wide variety of school workbooks and textbooks, Test Prep and curriculum assistance books for grades PreK-12, Regents Prep books for grades 9-12, Terra Nova books, and Prep books for COOP/HSPT/TACHS, PSAT/NMSQT, SAT, ACT. Including music books that encompass all levels and instruments associated with NYSSMA. Concert Hall with a Steinway Piano is available for small concerts in this location.
