Bronx, NY Ariel Property Advisors has brokered the sale of two Bronx multifamily buildings at 425 Claremont Pwy. and 756 Fox St. The two assets sold for $5 million and $4.2 million, respectively. 

425 Claremont is a 46-unit elevator building in Claremont spanning 56,700 s/f across six stories. Exclusive agents Victor Sozio, EVP; Daniel Mahfar, director; Jason Gold, director; and Oliver Elihu, associate, represented the seller. 

756 Fox St. is a 24-unit, five-story walk-up corner building in Woodstock, comprising 20,250 s/f. The property was delivered vacant to the buyer. Exclusive agents Sozio; Gold; Matt Gillis, director; and John Higgins, director, represented the seller.
