Michael Arcuri, CCIM, of Syracuse Realty Group acted on behalf of the  buyer, 6597 Joy Road, LLC, in the $535,000 purchase of 6597 Joy Rd. in East Syracuse. The subject  contains 10,000 s/f of flex space. Tom Wenzel of Hanna Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Joy Road Associates, LLC.

821 Cliff Street - Ithaca, NY

Arcuri acted on behalf of the tenant, Retina Vitreous Surgeons of CNY for a 2,551 s/f medical lease. The subject is located at 821 Cliff St. in Ithaca. American Blue-Sky Holdings, LLC, the landlord, was represented by David Huckle of Pyramid Brokerage Co. The 10 year lease is valued at $410,000.

189 South Bay Road - Cicero, NY

Arcuri represented the landlord, 6189 South Bay Road, LLC, in a 5,000 s/f flex space lease at 189 South Bay Rd. in Cicero. Joseph Scripa of The Scripa Group acted for the tenant, Syracuse Rustproofing, Inc. The seven-year lease is valued at $350,000.
