Appraisal Institute's Upstate Chapter Education Calendar for the remainder of 2015

The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has an active education calender for real estate appraisers for the remainder of 2015 for continuing education (CE). The Appraisal Institute (AI) is recognized as one of the leaders in the real estate appraisal industry and is one of the oldest organizations of real estate appraisers in the world. The next courses include Using Spreadsheet Programs In Real Estate Appraisals -The Basics for 7 hours on August 7 in Syracuse; Business Practices and Ethics which will be for New York State CE 5 hrs and AI CE 7 hrs on September 18 in Utica; October 16: Analyzing tenant Credit Risk & Commercial Lease Analysis for 7 hours in Syracuse and the 7 hour USPAP Update Course in Utica on November 13.
