Applus RTD, headquartered in the Netherlands, the global leader in the provision of integrity technology services and non-destructive testing, is relocating and upgrading its Buffalo and Syracuse operations. The Buffalo operation will consolidate its offices in Buffalo and its operations in Depew into one 35,000 s/f freestanding facility at 80 Lawrence Bell Dr. in Amherst, owned and managed by Zaepfel Development. David Schiller SIOR of Pyramid Brokerage Company of Buffalo represented Applus RTD in the assignment.
