Ann and John MacAffer of CBRE-Albany negotiate 3,751 s/f; CRESA reps, medical tenant; Ellsworth Partners is landlord

According to Ann MacAffer, CCIM and John MacAffer of CBRE-Albany, Myrtle Street Obstetrics and Gynecology, P.C. has leased 3,751 s/f at Ellsworth Commons on Rte. 9. This will be a satellite office for Myrtle Street Obstetrics and Gynecology who also has an office in downtown Saratoga Springs. CBRE-Albany represented the landlord, Ellsworth Partners, LLC and CRESA represented the tenant in this transaction. Ellsworth Commons is a four building mixed-use development with 68,000 s/f of office/retail space and 312 apartments/lofts. Myrtle Street Obstetrics and Gynecology joins DNSE Electronics and Albany Partners bringing the current occupied space to 11,000 s/f. CBRE |Albany is an affiliate office of CBRE.
