Manhattan, NY Alvarez & Marsal Property Solutions (AM-PS) has added Max Swerdloff to its leasing team.

In his previous role, Swerdloff oversaw the leasing and management of nearly three million s/f of retail space across New York, New Jersey, and South Florida for Kushner Companies. His strategic acumen and commitment to excellence resulted in the generation of over $200 million in additional value across multiple assets. Notably, Swerdloff played a pivotal role in facilitating transformative leasing transactions with renowned brands, including Target and Whole Foods, as well as prominent restaurants including Major Food Group’s flagship restaurant Torrisi, which Swerdloff brought to the iconic Puck Building in SoHo.

Swerdloff holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
