Alsabbagh joins Savills Cross Border Tenant Advisory group

Manhattan, NY According to Savills, Soufian Alsabbagh has joined the firm’s North American Cross Border Tenant Advisory group as a director. Alsabbagh previously served as vice president at JLL, where he was part of the firm’s International Desk team. He will be located at Savills North American headquarters at 399 Park Avenue. 

“Soufian brings a wealth of cross border experience to our rapidly expanding group in North America,” said Dominic Harding, senior vice president, head of Savills Cross Border Tenant Advisory – Americas. “Multinational occupiers rely on professionals like Soufian to strategically guide them through the complexities of international real estate transactions. His sophisticated approach has resonated with clients across the globe, and we look forward to the many contributions he will make to our cross-border team.” 

In his previous role, Alsabbagh advised more than a dozen industry-leading American corporations on their respective global real estate strategies. He operated across 75 countries to oversee the execution of 400-plus real estate transactions; he also led 70-plus corporate restructuring projects, simultaneously, across six of the firm’s service lines. He has been completed more than 1,000,000 million s/f worth of lease transactions and has served as an advisor on over 10,000,000 million s/f of real estate.
