Manhattan, NY Allied Global Marketing, a global marketing and experiential agency, has renewed its 28,098 s/f full-floor lease at the Woolworth Building. Allied occupies the building’s 13th floor and has maintained its New York offices at the property since 2016.
David Ofman and Brian Siegel, both executive managing directors at The Lawrence Group, represented the landlord. David Dusek, executive managing director at Cushman & Wakefield, represented Allied Global Marketing.
Allied’s New York operations include Allied Global Marketing and Allied Sports, which employ more than 400 people across 23 global offices, providing marketing and communications services for leading brands across entertainment, culture and lifestyle. The renewal retains one of the building’s largest creative-industry tenants as Cammeby’s expands the Woolworth’s workplace, hospitality and cultural offerings.
“Allied’s decision to recommit to the Woolworth speaks to the enduring value that distinctive workplaces have in driving creativity, collaboration and company culture,” said Avi Schron, principal at Cammeby’s. “We’re proud to retain a company whose work sits at the intersection of marketing, entertainment, sports and culture, and whose presence adds to the exciting community within the building.”
The renewal builds on a series of tenant commitments at the Woolworth. SHoP Architects signed a 15-year renewal and expansion totaling 56,000 s/f, and luxury fashion house Altuzarra renewed its 11,516 s/f headquarters in 2025. Including the Allied transaction, year-to-date leasing activity at the Woolworth totals 52,720 s/f, comprising 30,298 s/f of renewals and 22,422 s/f of new leases and expansions. Together, the transactions underscore the building’s appeal to companies that view the workplace as an extension of their brand and culture.
“The Woolworth Building has been an important part of our New York story for nearly a decade,” said Kelly Estrella, COO at Allied Global Marketing. “Here, we bring people together to foster creativity, strengthen our culture and deliver great work for our clients. Cammeby’s has been a wonderful partner, and this renewal reflects our confidence in their team, the building and our future in Lower Manhattan.”
The renewal marks another step in the Woolworth’s ongoing evolution. The landmark has increasingly attracted and retained companies across architecture, fashion, marketing, media, design and technology. Recent events have included Altuzarra’s Fall/Winter 2026 presentation, New York Tech Week programs and Open House New York’s 2025 Weekend launch party, which drew more than 500 guests to the 26th floor. Upcoming programming includes additional New York Fashion Week presentations and the 2026 Open House New York launch party.
“The companies choosing to remain and grow at the Woolworth are looking for more than conventional office space,” said Aron Weber, regional director at Cammeby’s. “They value the building’s identity, the quality of its spaces and the opportunity to be part of a community that includes leaders in architecture, fashion, marketing, design and culture. Allied’s renewal reinforces that strategy.”
Completed in 1913 and designed by architect Cass Gilbert, the 57-story, 792-ft. Woolworth Building was once the tallest building in the world and remains one of New York City’s most celebrated landmarks. The building is both exterior- and interior-landmarked, with its ornate Gothic lobby regarded as one of the city’s most significant public interiors. Its tenant roster includes companies and institutions spanning architecture, fashion, experiential marketing, technology, nonprofit and public service, including SHoP Architects, Modellus Novus, Altuzarra, Blueprint NYC, the New York City Law Department and Accenture Federal Services.
