Yonkers, NY The Oak & Avery Group handled three Westchester sales.

• 349 Saw Mill River Rd., a nine-unit mixed-use building consisting of seven apartments and two stores, with a sales price of $1.48 million and a 6.2% cap rate;
• 72 W 1^st St., Mount Vernon, a 12,500 s/f mixed-use office/retail property with a sales price of $1.145 million, representing $92 per s/f; and
• 149 W 5^th St., Mount Vernon, a multifamily property comprised of five free-market apartments at a sale price of $755,000, representing a 6.3% cap rate.
