Alafia Crossing adds three restaurants for its $98m mixed-use project

According to executives for the eco-friendly Alafia Crossing project, the $98 million mixed-use project, which includes a new Holiday Inn Hotel, has signed three restaurant leases to the development. Jasmine Thai, Mama's Pasta Bowl and Cuppy's Coffee are three of the project's five eateries in addition to the hotel's planned food and beverage outlets. American Hotel Development Partners (AHDP) is the developer of the Holiday Inn. Commercial leasing for the project is being handled by Jeff Justice of Garrison Developer Group.
