Brooklyn, NY Tri State Commercial Realty, has arranged a new 10-year, 8,659 s/f lease for Metro Vein Centers, comprising the ground and second floors at 169 Graham Ave. in the Williamsburg neighborhood.

The Tri State team, consisting of Avi Akiva, vice president, and Jacob Twena represented the landlord, All Year Management, in the negotiations. The tenant, was represented by Leslie Meril of Transwestern.

This will be the first office in the borough for Metro Vein Centers. The company is located in five states, including Mich., Pa., Tex., N.J. and N.Y., with offices in Queens, the Bronx, Westchester and Manhattan

“We conducted a comprehensive search when Metro Vein Centers approached us about moving to a well-populated and convenient area of Brooklyn. 169 Graham Ave., a new and modern building, offers the ideal location, suitable for patients in and out of the Williamsburg area, given the proximity to mass transportation. The space is large and efficient and they have the room needed to support the growth anticipated over the next decade,” said Akiva.
