Agoglia named principal at CBC Alliance - Asset Management division

According to the the New York office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance (CBC Alliance), Joanne Agoglia will be a principal of its newly launched Asset Management division where she will head up owners' representative services locally. In this capacity, she will oversee the management of the properties, interact with owners and tenants, initiate RFPs, review contracts and participate in union negotiations. "Joanne is the consummate professional and we are delighted to have her on board," said Peter Sabesan, a principal of CBC Alliance. "She's tough, but fair and understands the physical plant of commercial properties and the operations, as well as the personalities involved." Agoglia will be joined by Steven Pressler, her colleague at Promenade Real Estate Corporation, where she was a principal and director of Asset Management for multiple commercial properties, including as 509-, 590-, 609-, 720- and724 Fifth Avenue; 764-, 799-, 803-, and 824 Madison Avenue; 847 Lexington Avenue; 211 East 43rd Street; 16 East 52nd Street; 16-18 East 53rd Street; 120 East 56th Street; 10-14-, 16-18-, 24- and 41 West 57th Street; 20 East 49th Street; 636 Avenue of the Americas; 180-182 Broadway; and 130 Williams Street. Agoglia began her career in real estate overseeing the New York portfolio of Gomes de Alemeida Fernandes Management and Construction, which later became GAFISA USA, a Brazilian development and investment company. In 1989, she and Pressler were instrumental in the start-up of Promenade Real Estate Corporation.
