Three apartment buildings at 60, 62, and 64 Watts St., located between Varick St. and Ave. of the Americas in NYC, were sold in an all cash transaction, by IPNYC. The total sale price was not disclosed.
The three-story walk up buildings contain 9,555 s/f and sits on 64' x 80' lot.
The transaction was brokered by IPNYC's Amir Aframian and managing partner Yona Edelkopf. The buildings were purchased, off-market, by Erez Itzhaki and Michael Shvo, who later assembled 5 additional properties on the block.
