Advantage co-insures title for $241.1 million Washington, D.C. dev.

Advantage Title Agency Inc. participated in the underwriting of title insurance for a $241.1 million acquisition and construction loan made by an international corporate and investment bank. The project involves the development of a multi-story office-building project.
