Adler of Rand Commercial completes $9.3 million sale of 522 acres in West Park, NY

West Park, NY Rand Commercial has completed the $9.3 million sale of 522+/-acres at 2054-2055 Rte. 9W in Ulster County, NY. This property was home to the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart and the site of Mother Cabrini’s miracle. Paul Adler, Esq., SIOR, of Rand Commercial was the broker on both sides in this transaction.

"While Commercial Real Estate is about square footage, zoning and acreage, this transaction was helped with divine intervention. The marriage of the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart and the Coptic Church of New York and New England was a match made in heaven!" said Adler.

The property is situated on both sides of Rte. 9W. The Hudson River side housed the convent, administrative building and chapel. Directly across Rte. 9W, the property continued with what used to be the St. Cabrini Orphanage. This site included a school/classroom building, cafeteria, gymnasium and dormitories of the former West Park School District.

This property will be preserved and used as the new home for the Bishops of the Coptic Church of New York and New England.
