New York, NY Adams & Co. recently brokered three lease transactions totaling 10,643 s/f.

The Daten Group signed a new 2,752 s/f lease at 10 East 40^th St., located between 5th and Madison Aves. The term of lease is for seven years on the 33^rd floor of the building. Jeff Buslik and Seth Godnick of Adams  represented the tenant, while Joseph P. Day Realty Corp represented the landlord, Ronbet 40^th Street, LLC.

 R3 CEV, LLC signed a new 4,479 s/f lease at 1370 Broadway, located between 36^th and 37^th Sts. The term of the lease is five years on the 10^th floor of the building. Brett Maslin of Adams represented the tenant, while Staci Goodman and Courtney Adham of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord.

Rothchild Capital Partners signed a new 3,412 s/f lease at 551 Madison Ave., located between 55^th and 56^th Streets. The term of the lease is four years on the 12^th floor. Maslin and Brad Cohn of Adams represented the tenant, while James Frederick of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
