Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC has brokered five leases at 10 W. 33rd St. and 34 W. 33rd St. for a totaling 10,677 s/f. The deals are: * A six-year, 6,993 s/f lease at 10 W. 33rd St. for Braha Industries Inc. David Levy of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third Associates. * A five-year, 1,110 s/f lease at 10 W. 33rd St. for SD Wholesale. Levy represented the tenant and the landlord. * A six-year, 1,001 s/f lease at 10 W. 33rd St. for PLV Studio. Levy represented the tenant and the landlord. * A seven-year, 998 s/f lease at 34 W. 33rd St. for Eiseman Co. Levy and Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and the landlord, Arcade Building Associates. * A three-year, 575 s/f lease at 34 W. 33rd St. for Enekony. Levy and Maslin represented the tenant and the landlord. "With updated features and renovations in each building including new elevators, lobbies and windows, as well as being the preeminent location for their respective industries, demand for showroom space at 10 W. 33rd St. and 34 W. 33rd St. remains consistently high," said Levy.
