Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered a total of 21,200 s/f for the following two leases:
* A 10-year, 10,000 s/f renewal and a 6,264 s/f expansion at 1115 Broadway for toy company Easter Unlimited Inc. They will use the second-floor space for its office headquarters and showroom. James Buslik of Adams represented the tenant and landlord.
* A two-year, 5,200 s/f showroom sublease at 185 Madison Ave. for Lacoste Home by Sunham Home Fashions, which subleased the space from StatPro Group PLC. Alan Bonett, senior managing director of Adams, represented the sublease while Cory Abdo of Winoker Real Estate represented StatPro Group.
