Adams & Co. Real Estate arranges two leases consisting of 9,125 s/f

Adams & Co. Real Estate recently brokered two leases totaling 9,125 s/f. The first deal was a five-year, 4,125 s/f lease at 25 West 36th St. for ModaMood Inc. Alan Bonett of Adams & Co. represented the tenant, while Norbert Soussan of Excelsior Realty represented the landlord in the transaction. The 12-story, fully-occupied property is located in the Fashion District. The second deal was a 10-year, 5,000 s/f lease at 72 Madison Ave. for independent financial firm, StreetBrains.com. The tenant will use the newly-renovated, third-floor loft space for its executive offices. Jeffrey Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the tenant in the transaction while Andy Udis and Mike Dreizen of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, The Monian Group. Originally built in 1911 and designed by architect George Pelham, the high-rise building boasts a renovated lobby and on-site security.
