Adams & Co. brokers three leases at 463 Seventh Ave. totaling 8,710 s/f

Adams & Co. Real Estate recently brokered three new leases at 463 Seventh Ave. totaling 8,710 s/f: * A four-year, 1,269 s/f lease for Antares Continental Corp. David Levy, principal of Adams & Co., represented tenant and landlord. * A seven-year, 4,606 s/f lease for Y&Z World Development Inc. Levy and Jeffrey Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and landlord. * A six-year, 2,835 s/f lease for Divine Apparel Inc. Levy represented the landlord while Evan Lieberman of Winoker Realty Co. represented the tenant. The 22-story building has 24/7 access and security in addition to newly-renovated elevators and windows. Notable tenants include Redcats USA, Bernardo Fashions, and G-111 Apparel Group. Retail tenants include Federal Express, Kara New York and Andrew's Coffee Shop. "We are seeing a lot of new and renewal activity at 463 Seventh Ave. because of the central location and value," said Levy. "Price is the most important factor to tenants and businesses looking for space right now and our buildings are well priced." Adams & Co. is among the top five leasing companies in the city, as measured by total s/f.
