Adams & Co. brokers eight leases at 110 West 40th Street totaling 8,796 s/f; Includes 2,535 s/f for SPIRE by Levy and Maslin

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC has brokered eight leases at 110 West 40th St. totaling 8,796 s/f. The deals include the following: * A five-year, 2,535 s/f expansion for SPIRE Creative Group, Inc. David Levy and Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and the landlord, One Ten West Fortieth Associates. * A six-year, 1,578 s/f lease for Liberty Fabrics, Ltd. Savitt Partners, LLC represented the tenant, while Levy and Maslin represented the landlord. * A seven-year, 1,245 s/f renewal for Beverly Browne. Levy and Maslin represented the tenant and the landlord. * A six-year, 1,182 s/f lease for IBC-PM, Inc. Levy and Maslin represented the tenant and the landlord. * A six-year, 833 s/f lease for Place Avision, Inc. Levy and Maslin represented the tenant and the landlord. * A four-year, 475 s/f lease for Yettpo, Inc. Levy and Maslin represented the tenant and the landlord. * A six-year, 475 s/f lease for Barry Morentz and Rona Raines. Nick Zagar of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and Levy and Maslin of Adams & Co. represented the landlord. * A five-year, 473 s/f lease for Deow Resource Management Inc. Furumoto Realty represented the tenant while Levy and Maslin represented the landlord. "110 W. 40th St. offers great value at a location that is ideal for new and established businesses alike." The 26-story, 129,808 s/f property is located near Bryant Park and boasts 24-hour access. Recent renovations include new elevators and a new lobby. Notable tenants include Belmont Freeman Arch., Nu Image and Crumbs Bakeshop. Retail tenants include Croton Reservoir Tavern and Crisp Restaurant. Adams & Co. is among the top five leasing companies in New York City, as measured by total square feet.
