Actimize signs 23,600 s/f lease at 1359 Broadway

According to Brian Waterman, executive vice president and principal of Newmark Knight Frank (NKF), the building's managing and leasing agent Actimize has leased the entire 23,600 s/f fifth floor at 1359 Broadway. The firm, which is currently headquartered at 1250 Broadway, will relocate in the fourth quarter of thsi year. Michael Beyda of Benchmark Properties represented Actimize in the lease negotiations. Waterman represented the landlord, with Michael Frantz of NKF. Part of the W&H Properties portfolio, 1359 Broadway is owned by Marlboro Building Associates LLC, a partnership led by Peter Malkin.
