Ackerman of Lincoln represents the owner in a 5,175 s/f lease

IVC PFV, LLC, an entity controlled by Investcorp International Inc, and Lincoln Equities Group, the owners of Princeton Forrestal Village, has completed a 5,175 s/f long-term lease with the Urology Group of Princeton at Princeton Forrestal Village. Lincoln Equities' Daniel Ackerman, senior director of leasing, represented the owner. "As Princeton Forrestal Village continues to grow amid the economic recovery, specifically within the Princeton sub-market, we welcome the Urology Group of Princeton, one of New Jersey's oldest urology groups, to the community," said Ackerman. "In an effort to continue to provide the best and most comprehensive urologic care to the Princeton community, a seamless transition was important to the Urology Group of Princeton. Additionally, the property's proximity to the University Medical Center of Princeton in Plainsboro was a compelling factor in their decision. In this transaction, we were able to not only meet but exceed the needs and expectations of the Urology Group, and we look forward to working with them throughout their relocation and in the future." As a tenant within Princeton Forrestal Village, the Urology Group of Princeton's dedicated clinicians and highly trained professionals will provide exceptional and comprehensive urologic care to each individual patient. The group will continue to provide a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic services and offer of state-of-the-art treatments for a variety of urologic conditions.
