Roni Abudi, managing director of GFI Realty Services, represented the seller and Sylvia Spielman, an investment sales broker also of GFI, represented the buyer. Both the buyer and the seller are local investors. “The seller saw this as the perfect time to capitalize on the increased demand on Hamilton Heights inventory,” said Abudi. “Hamilton Heights is a neighborhood that is undergoing rapid change for the better and the seller recognized the value of this asset in today’s market.” “The buyer recognizes the potential of Hamilton Heights and sees this investment as a long term play,” said Spielman. “Every day there is a new development breaking ground as well as new businesses opening up and the buyer is excited to be a part of this change.” The property is centrally located between Broadway and Amsterdam Ave. Located just blocks from the #1 subway line on Broadway and City College of New York the property is positioned to be very attractive to potential residents.
