ABS Partners R.E. arranges 32,078 s/f

Bronx, NY ABS Partners Real Estate has arranged leases with tenants, SOMOS Community Care, C.A.C. Industries and Lifestance Health at 5500 Broadway also known as Broadway Crossing. The building was represented by ABS Partners’ Ben Waller and Matthew Dennison.    

Leasing 20,761 s/f on the first floor, SOMOS was represented by Jon Bachrach and Edward Klaynberg from Turnkey Office Space. 

C.A.C. Industries will be moving into two new custom-built offices on the 2nd floor totaling 7,031 s/f.  Adjacent to C.A.C., behavioral care provider Lifestance Health will be leasing 4,286 s/f. Lifestance was represented by Andre Sigourney and Jon Kamali of CBRE.

The property which recently underwent renovation now boasts a new parking garage, bathrooms, common areas and tenant-controlled HVAC systems. 

“The building has always been a central point to serve the local and New York community,” said Waller, “We are glad to be able to provide a comfortable and safe space for this important work to get done.”

Broadway Crossing at W 230th St, is a 160,000 s/f mixed use commercial complex situated at the convergence of Riverdale, Kingsbridge and Marble Hill with connectivity to Manhattan and Westchester. The property offers on-site parking, access to highways and public transportation options.
