Abdo of Winoker completes 6,890 s/f sub-lease at 330 Madison Ave.

Winoker Realty Company negotiated a 6,890 s/f sublease at 330 Madison Ave. in the Grand Central District. Corey Abdo, executive vice president at Winoker Realty, represented the tenant, a medical education company situated in the 40-story building. Glenn Dawson and Mitch Kunikoff of George Comfort & Sons represented the sub-tenant, vFinance, Inc., a full-service investment banking company, which signed the two-year, ten-month sub-lease. "Building upon our agency's five-year relationship with the tenant, Winoker Realty worked to help them monetize their assets at 330 Madison Ave. and determined that subleasing would be a good source of income," said Abdo. "The space fit vFinance's needs perfectly and allowed for immediate occupancy."
