Abdo joins Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance

According to Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance, Corey Abdo, a veteran Manhattan commercial real estate professional with over 25 years of experience representing both tenants and landlords in Manhattan, has joined the firm as an executive managing director, leasing and sales, for its New York City office. In his new role at CBC Alliance, Abdo will provide owner representation and tenant advisory services to clients throughout the Metropolitan area. Richard Selig, principal, Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance made the announcement. "Corey brings a tremendous amount of experience to his new position with an exceptional track record and understanding of the local real estate landscape," said Selig. "He also has a passion for dedicated, client-focused servicing, making him the ideal candidate to help our firm continue its ascension into one of the true leaders in Manhattan commercial real estate." Over the course of his career, Mr. Abdo has successfully negotiated over two million square-feet of real estate transactions and joins CBC Alliance from EVO Real Estate Group, formerly Winoker Realty Co. Inc., where he spent the last 12 years leading the company's leasing efforts as an Executive Vice President and partner. Prior to his stint at EVO Real Estate, Abdo worked at Newmark & Company for 17 years and was instrumental in the development of the company's promotional brokerage division. Tenants represented by Mr. Abdo during his career include Chadbourne & Parke, Rodman & Renshaw, H. C. Wainwright, Intergrated Resources, Fareportal, Donley Communications, Leukemia Society of America, Playbill Inc. OMI, Saudi Petroleum, Sterling Winthrop, BBD&O, Amalgamated Bank of New York, CBS, Time Warner, AT&T, Scandinavian Bank, Grand Charter Group, Miller & Co., and Victoria Hagen. Abdo is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York and holds a bachelor of Economics degree from Hofstra University.
