Abdo and Di Fiore of Winoker Realty negotiate 7,091 s/f at 1133 Broadway

According to Winoker Realty Co., it represented GEOS Language School in a ten-year, 7,091 s/f lease at the St. James Building at 1133 Broadway for an average of $53 per s/f. Corey Abdo, senior vice president, and Joe Di Fiore, associate director, represented the tenant, a worldwide English language institute. Throughout lease negotiations, Abdo and Di Fiore worked closely with GEOS's Japanese headquarters to complete the deal. The building is owned and managed by Kew Management. James Preston of Kew Management negotiated the lease with Abdo and Di Fiore.
