Abdo and Dayan of Winoker broker 2,247 s/f lease at 320 Fifth Ave.

Winoker Realty has brokered a lease with Mondani to expand their space at 320 Fifth Ave. This showroom building is owned and managed by Brause Realty Inc. The building has become a coveted destination for the accessory and handbag industry. Mondani, an international handbag importer, already occupied the entire ninth floor and took 2,247 s/f on the fifth floor for additional design space. Winoker executive VP Corey Abdo and director Jonata Dayan represented both Mondani and Brause Realty. Winoker is the building's exclusive leasing agent.   "Mondani is expanding its business and its first choice for additional space was 320 Fifth Ave.," Abdo said. "We were pleased we could accommodate Mondani's growth at the same building they have called home for more than a decade.  320 Fifth Ave. has become the sought after location for showroom space and Mondani agrees."
