A.G. Spanos breaks ground on The Alexander at Patroon Creek: A 300-unit apartment development
Mayor Jerry Jennings recently joined developers to break ground for The Alexander at Patroon Creek, a new apartment complex to be built in the west end of the city.
A.G. Spanos Cos. will construct a four-story, 300-unit development off Washington Ave., across from the Harriman State Office Campus.
The Alexander will include an attached three-story parking garage, pool, courtyards and fitness center.
This apartment project will be the first in the northeast for Spanos, which was founded by the owner of the San Diego Chargers football team.
