6-10-2013 - First Greene Turtle Sports Bar and Grille to open at 700 Hempstead Turnpike

Wilbur Breslin, president of Breslin Realty reveals the opening of the first Greene Turtle Sports Bar and Grille located at 700 Hempstead Tpke. The 6,700 +/- sf restaurant, formerly occupied by Boulder Creek Steakhouse, is a fast growing, family friendly, casual dining restaurant and bar offering high quality American comfort food with a heavy emphasis on local, regional and national sports. The Greene Turtle Franchise spent in excess of $2 million to renovate the existing premises. This will be the first of many to be located on Long Island. In purchase negotiations, the buyer and seller were represented by Judy Pascucci and Charles Navarro of Breslin Realty Development Corp. and Allen Smith of Coldwell Banker Commercial. The Greene Turtle Sports Bar and Grille first opened in Ocean City, MD. in 1976 and today operates in markets across Maryland and extending into Washington, DC, Virginia and Delaware.
