28 of 45 of Rochester’s Cornerstone's Stadium Estates have rented; co-developed with Charles Settlement

Rochester Cornerstone-85-87 Grape StreetRochester, NY Charles Settlement House and Rochester’s Cornerstone Group Ltd, co-developers of the 45 unit Stadium Estates project in the JOSANA neighborhood of the city adjacent to Sahlen’s Stadium, have revealed that 28 of the 45 single family homes have been rented as of the end of September. The development, which has been years in the planning commenced construction in the fall of 2014 and will be completely finished and occupied by the end of this calendar year. The homes which are available, contain 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms with a complete array of appliances, off street parking and private yards.  Vice president and director of property management, Robin Rubado said, “We have been very pleased with the level of interest which we have received by potential residents for the units. Cornerstone has been involved in 5 previous scattered site rental communities in the city of Rochester. These units have been well planned and are extremely energy efficient while maintaining a high degree of affordability.”
