Lipsky Construction Management

Corporate Culture: How does your organization foster a culture of innovation among employees and leadership? We have the best team! Our culture is built on accountability and mutual respect. The motivation we provide our team translates to the motivation of the projects in the field. In addition to the premier company culture Lipsky has built, our clients become part of this culture and realize a true partnership in the shared successes of their project. The success of our projects is from each member of our project management team!

Beyond Buildings: How do you see innovation in commercial real estate creating a broader impact on communities and the people who live and work in them? Construction is more than putting steel and concrete in place, it’s about building communities and economic stability. When we help a developer realize their vision, we’re creating spaces that foster jobs, education, and growth. Our projects, from nonprofit facilities to industrial campuses, serve as long-term community assets. We measure success not just by square footage completed, but by the value those projects bring to the people who use them.

Innovative Outlook: Where do you see the biggest opportunities for innovation in the commercial real estate sector? The greatest opportunity in commercial real estate lies in deeper integration between developers, lenders, and construction managers. When all parties communicate early and transparently, risks shrink and profits grow. The industry is moving toward this collaborative model, and firms that embrace it will lead the next generation of development. At Lipsky, we see ourselves not just as builders, but as essential partners in our clients’ financial success.
