11-15-2012 - Greater New York IREM to install 2013 officers

Long Island City, NY The Greater New York chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) will hold the installation of their 2013 officers on Thursday, November 15th. Special Recognition Awards will be presented to: * Certified Property Manager of the Year: Hector Pinero, CPM, senior VP, Related Management Co. * Real Estate Person of the Year: Bob Friedrich, founder & president, Presidents Co-op & Condo Council, and president of Glen Oaks Village. The event will be held at Water's Edge, The East River at 44th Dr. Cocktails are at 6:30 p.m. and dinner is at 7:30 p.m. The price is $200 per person. RSVP by November 9 at www.iremnyc.org. The chapter supports Toys for Tots, please bring a new, unwrapped toy for a child in need.
