Newman Real Estate Institute and Real Estate Weekly, in association with Zetlin & De Chiara, Jones Lang LaSalle, Willis of New York and New York Building Congress, will host BUILDING BETTER: Boosting Your Construction Project’s Bottom Line, an interactive breakfast roundtable bringing together New York’s leading builders, developers and industry experts at the Harvard Club to provide insights on the latest approaches and strategies for building successfully – and profitably – in a climate of rising construction and insurance costs and increasingly complex compliance, labor and project requirements. The forum will provide practical strategies and solutions for controlling project costs, reducing insurance costs and managing projects through sophisticated construction approaches. Speakers will offer a high-level, insider’s perspective on managing unpredictable factors that can affect the profitability of a project and discuss timely issues such as resiliency innovations for high-rise construction. The program will be introduced by Jack S. Nyman, Executive Director of The Steven L.
