11-06-2014: 6th Annual NYC Real Estate Expo

NYC Real Estate Expo, which is New York's only full-scale, real estate exposition and conference will hold its 6th annual event. The event will bring together commercial and residential real estate professionals for a day of networking and panel discussions on Thursday, Nov. 6 from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the Hilton Hotel, 1335 Ave. of the Americas. Registration will take place at 7:00 a.m.; official program commences at 7:30 a.m. The event will feature 150 exhibitors and 3,000 plus attendees. Program Highlights: Official programming will begin at 7:30 a.m. with events in three lecture hall rooms near the Exhibit Hall. Education sessions & panel discussions with industry thought leaders and key influencers will take place in the three lecture halls throughout the day. The sessions will offer need-to-know industry trends, reflections on the state and future of the market, advice for implementing new technologies and strategies, and more. Morning events include: a networking breakfast hosted by Mary Anderson-Gallagher, Managing Director, Heritage Realty Services, "The State of the Real Estate Market: Dream or Fact" featuring Michael Stoler, Managing Director, Madison Realty Capital and President New York Real Estate TV, LLC. In the afternoon, The Asian Real Estate Association of America will sponsor a panel discussion on EB-5, the U.S. visa for immigrant investors, which will be moderated by Bloomberg News' David Levitt.
