The Upstate New York CCIM Chapter will hold its 3rd Annual Commercial Real Estate Market Forecast on October 23rd.

A panel of seasoned commercial real estate professionals will discuss the current commercial real estate market conditions and forecast where the markets will be one year from now. The panelist will forecast commercial financing, retail properties, office properties, apartments, and other real estate investments.
This year's panelists are: Tim Conley, CRESA Albany; Marc Goldstein, Columbia Development Companies; Steve Gross, Key Bank; Lee Carman, Kinderhook Bank; Kevin Bette, First Columbia, and Eileen Lindburg, CBRE, Albany.
The event is schedule for October 23rd and will be held at the Century House from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Lunch will be served and the cost is $35 per person.
