02-28-2015 - Buffalo Multifamily Expo & Trade Show

The Buffalo Multifamily Investment Property Expo & Trade Show 2015, will be held February 28 at the Millennium Hotel (located at 2040 Walden Ave., adj. to the Galleria Mall). Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the expo will run until 3:30 p.m. This "Multifamily Investment Property Event Of The Year," will consist of 12 multifamily educational sessions and a trade show made up of multifamily related vendors. Admission is free to the first 200 registered attendees and will also include a free lunch. The keynote speaker will be Russell Gullo, CCIM, CMIA, CEA, president of the R. J. Gullo Companies Of Multifamily Investment Property Services and R. J. Gullo & Co., Inc. which is a national "Qualified Intermediary" for Real Estate Exchanges and a national 1031 Exchange/Investment Trainer for the American Institute Of Real Estate Exchangors.
