02-21-2013 - WNY NYSCAR hosts "Investor Forum & Forecast Event"

The WNY Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) with the local CBRE office is hosting their annual, "Investor Forum & Forecast Event," a half-day event with the keynote speaker, Jaison Abel of the Buffalo Federal Reserve Bank on Thursday, February 21st from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at the Acqua Restaurant & Banquet facility, 2192 Niagara St. Registration begins at 8 a.m. The half-day event is to feature three separate segments with the CBRE office to present their information on the state of the commercial real estate market in the area asit pertains to the retail, industrial, office and investment sectors. The second segment will feature a panel of real estate practitioners in appraisal, banking, construction, finance and investment real estate. The third segment will be the keynote address by Abel on the state of the economy in western N.Y. This event is a member benefit for the associate and Realtor members of the WNY Chapter of NYSCAR.
