Hunt of Hunt Corporate Services brokers 8,605 s/f lease for VidaBox

Plainview, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc, VidaBox, LLC has leased 8,605 s/f at 125 Newtown Rd. David Hunt, president of Hunt, represented the landlord, Anton-Cerrone Associates. Jeffrey Horn of Schacker Real Estate Corp represented the tenant.

VidaBox produces a variety of digital entertainment and control solutions, such as Media Servers, Media NAS systems, audio servers, iPad frames & wall mounts, power-over-CAT5 USB charging solutions, plus other premium AV accessories. This wide range of products achieves seamless control and reliable, multi-room AV distribution of Blu-ray, DVDs, music, pictures, video, and other digital content.  "Vidabox is a perfect example of a typical Anton-Cerrone tenant," Hunt said. "They are a high-technology company with a need for a high degree of office and other finished space. All Anton-Cerrone buildings have the extra parking required for this level of finished space. The landlord is custom building the facilities to their specifications."

Located less than a block from the Long Island Expressway, the 51,981 s/f flex building at 125 Newtown Rd. is part of Anton-Cerrone Associates’ portfolio consisting of over 700,000 s/f of office and flex space throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Hunt has represented Anton-Cerrone as their exclusive leasing agent for more than 30 years.
