Hunt of Hunt Corporate Service brokers 2,046 s/f industrial lease in Plainview

According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Alliance Systems Integrators Inc., has leased an additional 2,046 s/f of industrial space at 17 Dupont St. David Hunt, president of Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. represented the landlord, Rich Properties in the lease negotiations. Alliance Systems Integrators, has been in the security business since 1992 delivering high-performance security systems throughout the northeast, United States. Their installation teams handle all phases of security, access control, intrusion detection, closed circuit television, IP network video systems and integrations of all security systems. Alliance provides a full range of services from planning and construction to final testing and activation. "Alliance was thrilled to be able to expand their facility at their present location," said Hunt. "The landlord was pleased to be able to accommodate their present tenants growing requirements and to have the vacant space leased." Hunt Corporate specializes in exclusively representing clients for the acquisition or disposition of commercial real estate. Hunt Construction Services, Inc. provides general contracting, construction management and maintenance services for Long Island companies.
